Vinh Hoan’s award-winning Lucky Bag is a blend of pangasius surimi, shrimp, and vegetables (corn, carrots, green onions), with natural colors from fruits and vegetables. Uniquely, the “lucky bag” wrapper is made from pangasius surimi instead of the typical flour-based form. The vibrant colors come from pumpkin, butterfly pea flower, spinach, spirulina, dragon fruit, and gac fruit. The filling combines pangasius surimi, shrimp, vegetables, and spices. This delicious, nutritious, and visually appealing product cooks in just 8-10 minutes (steaming, boiling, pan-frying), making it ideal for modern, industrialized food trends.

Protein Pho Fusion:

Vinh Hoan’s Protein Pho Fusion is made from freshly processed pangasius surimi, enhanced with shrimp, fish, vegetables, and “lucky bags” for added visual appeal and nutrition. Unlike traditional flour-based pho noodles, these are made from surimi, making them naturally chewy and white. The pangasius is sourced from ASC-certified farms, ensuring quality and sustainability. The broth combines fish bone broth, traditional pho spices, and vegetables for a distinct flavor. Designed for convenience, the pho requires only 400ml of water and 5.5-6 minutes to prepare.
