The product consists of protein pho, a type of Vietnamese noodle, crafted from freshly harvested and processed pangasius surimi. The addition of shrimp, fish, vegetables, and “lucky bags” enhances the product’s visual appeal and nutritional content. The use of surimi for the pho noodles and lucky bags sets this product apart from traditional pho variants, where noodles are mainly made from flour.
The protein pho, made from pangasius fish processed within 24 hours, are naturally chewy and white. Besides ensuring product quality, we focus on sustainable farming and processing methods as well as social responsibility. The main ingredient, pangasius, is sourced from ASC-certified farming areas.
For the broth, a blend of fish bone broth, traditional pho spices, and vegetables are thoroughly combined to create distinct flavor profile. The pho bowl is also designed for consumer convenience, requiring just approximately 400ml of water and a quick 5.5-6 minutes for a delightful pho experience.
