The product is a blend of pangasius surimi, shrimp, and vegetables (corn, carrots, green onions), with natural colors derived from fruits and vegetables.
Notably, it stands out by using pangasius surimi for the “lucky bag” wrapper, departing from the usual flour-based form in other Disum products. The vibrant colors are derived from nutritious vegetables and fruits like pumpkin, butterfly pea flower, spinach, spirulina, dragon fruit, and gac fruit. Besides the unique wrapper, the filling comprises a mix of pangasius surimi, shrimp, vegetables, and spices.
The harmonious combination of the wrapper and filling results in a product that is not only delicious, nutritious, and aesthetically pleasing but also requires only about 8-10 minutes for cooking (steaming, boiling, pan-frying), making it well-suited for the contemporary trend of industrialized food.
